A guided service for families who want expert advice to get started, but prefer to manage the process themselves.

Inclusions:

  • One-hour consultation (phone, video, or in-person) to assess your loved one’s needs, preferences, and priorities

  • Advice on My Aged Care, ACAT assessments and approvals, and Services Australia requirements for residential care

  • A shortlist of up to 5 residential care homes tailored to your criteria (e.g. location, level of care, budget)

  • Advice on preparing and submitting applications

  • General advice on touring care homes and what to ask.

Simplified Complete Placement — Full Residential Respite and Permanent Placement Coordination

A stress-free, comprehensive service where we handle the process from start to finish on your behalf.

Inclusions:

  • Everything in the Simplified Essentials package

  • Completion of preparing and submitting applications

  • Direct liaison with aged care homes — securing bed offers, arranging tours, following up on applications, confirming availability

  • Support negotiating fees where appropriate

  • Ongoing advice and advocacy until placement is secured.
